RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Refund conditions are in abidance with Australian Consumer Law outlines for major faults or defects. You can find out more about these outlines via this link here.
This pertains to items manufactured by Magic Earth Mumma, and products sold through the website magicearthmumma.com that are manufactured elsewhere. In the event that you receive a product that you feel has major faults or defects please contact magicearthmumma@gmail.com to discuss your refund. Items that are damaged in transit are not considered faulty and will be refunded through insurance via the delivery service used. Replacement orders will be sent upon receipt of the insured amount from the delivery service.
MEM’s products are all 100% natural and because they are for personal use they are non-returnable (eg: if you find you don't enjoy the aroma, colour or consistency of any item, or in the event of a natural allergic reaction to an ingredient).
If you feel your product is defective in any way please contact me immediately upon receiving it.
Always do a Patch Test with any new blend you are using.
Natural products can sometimes be affected by heat and conditions in transit. In some cases (for example, during hot weather) it is advisable to use the Express Post option so that your parcel is not left in a hot mailbox or doorstep.
CHANGING OR ADDITIONAL ORDERS
Orders can be changed if you need a product choice altered in size or style (in the case of an Organic Perfume for example). Please contact me within 12hrs of your order to ensure your change is possible. I often begin blending and/or packaging an order within hours of receiving it, so your timeliness in this matter is appreciated.
Requests received after this time-frame are unable to be accommodated.

As a boutique business, making hand-made-to-order goods, I simply cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. If you are unsure of any product please contact me to discuss your questions. I love to help people make the right choices and I want you to be totally happy with your purchase.

If you wish to add something to an order already placed, please get in touch within 12hrs of payment. I can easily accommodate order additions within this time-frame. Additions will be invoiced separately using PayPal or EFT as payment options. Orders can only be sent upon receipt of full payment for all purchases.
If an order has shipped I am unable to add or combine orders.

Custom, Wholesale and Bulk Orders require an upfront payment of approximately 50% to 100% of the invoiced amount before products are made. Custom, Wholesale and Bulk Orders are non-refundable.

Magic Earth Mumma uses Australia Post and affiliates delivery services worldwide. Shipping costs are estimates and are subject to change by providers without notice.

MEM offers *standard delivery for orders and a flat rate fee of $11 per parcel (*up to 1kg) Australia-wide. *Orders over 1kg will be contacted for excess shipping fees. FREE SHIPPING OVER $150 AUSTRALIA WIDE for parcels up to 1kg. Special Offers and Discount Codes with *Free Shipping offers are exclusive to Australia-wide delivery only.

The EXPRESS POST option (Australia-wide) is for parcels up to 500g and is set at $15.95 AUD. Receive complimentary Express Shipping (to Australian addresses only) on orders over $200AUD and up to 500g. Orders over 500g will receive a follow up email with Express Post quote. Orders will be sent upon payment in full of any extra shipping fees.

NZ delivery is $18.00 AUD flat rate for small parcels up to 500g. Above 500g and up to 1kg $35. Orders over 500g will receive a follow up email with a shipping quote. Orders will be sent upon payment in full of any extra shipping fees.

Overseas delivery fees are Standard air rates from Australia Post and may change without notice. Insurance is available, please let me know if you require this and you will be sent a quote as quickly as possible. International delivery rates apply to international orders, regardless of any Special Offers and Discount Codes.

'Magic Earth Mumma' is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged-in-transit parcels.
If you have had issues with packaged deliveries being handled without care, or going missing in the past,
please choose the Express Post option, or Signature on Delivery.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
MEM accepts payment via PayPal (through the website shopping cart) or EFT (direct bank transfer) for privately invoiced orders or excess shipping orders. Payment via Visa & Mastercard (and more) are available through the PayPal website. You do not have to be a PayPal member to utilize the payment gateway.
EWAY Credit Card payment, AFTERPAY and LAYBUY payment services are also available.
At present I cannot accommodate account schedules. Goods remain the property of Jannette Tibbs Holistic Therapy Connections (T/as Magic Earth Mumma) until full payment is received. Orders are shipped upon payment in full.
ECO- PROTOCOLS & PACKAGING

Your purchases are packaged with care and attention so that your order arrives in pristine condition. Biodegradable tissue and packing paper is used to wrap and protect products in transit.

Cardboard packaging boxes are tied with string to reduce plastic tape.

Deliveries are Carbon Neutral using Australia Post and affiliates.

Eco-hampers, Kit Boxes and Gift Boxes are packed using recycled paper in card boxes.

Complimentary Gift Cards are printed on recycled or recyclable cardstock.

Fully compostable bioplastic satchels are used during wet weather or for orders requiring two parcels.

MEM uses biodegradable and compostable paper packaging as the norm, but may re-use bubble wrap, recycling this and other materials from suppliers from time to time to protect the items in transit. Please reuse or repurpose this as much as possible.

Orders are packaged in boxes that are appropriately sized for each individual order to again reduce packing waste wherever possible.
Enjoy beautiful handmade personal care items knowing that you are a part of the positive change we need right now. All products are presented in recyclable, or refillable (or both) packaging, and MEM has a 'no outer packaging waste' ethos, ie: if it's in a bottle or jar already, it doesn't need a box (excluding special offer items and limited edition offerrings). This reduces landfill and paper/card waste and significantly reduces the carbon footprint of each product.
Plastic-one-use packaging is being phased out completely in favour of eco-conscious choices.
