'Confluence' describes the convergence of two rivers or bodies of water. This blend was formerly 'Earthside' to describe that convergence of spiritual to physical and the powerful nature of frequency that birthing and junctions between two realities have. Sometimes we may feel pain and discomfort coming from heavy workloads (strain of neck, shoulders etc), that in essence take us away from our normal 'river of life' and into a disjointed reality. Coming back into 'flow' is what Confluence assists with by releasing nervous tension and restoring emotional peace.

How to use:
As a pain relief massage oil -
Apply to clean skin with gentle sweeping motions. Cover with a soft cloth to keep the area warm.
As a birthing massage oil -
Apply with the fingertips or palms in circular motions and gently but firmly rub into the skin as directed by the labouring mother or as practised with a plain base oil during birthing classes.
Effective for using after transport to a hospital or birthing venue when mum might be feeling a little anxious and labour has stalled.
Useful to apply for after birthing cramps as the uterus contracts again.
Useable as a menstrual aid for painful periods when clotting or spotting is being experienced
Apply only to whole skin on the lower back, hips, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. NOT to be used on broken skin or genital areas.
Use a damp washer to wipe off excess oil if needed, however Camellia Seed and fractionated Coconut Oil will absorb quite well.
