Himalayan Rock Salt, *Natural Bicarb Soda, *Arrowroot Powder, *Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, Rescue Aromablend (*Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), *Spearmint (Mentha spicata), *Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), *Peppermint (Mentha piperita), *Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) essential oils), ‘Selenite' Crystal Essence. * Certified Organic. Food grade salts and powders.
Bathing: Add up to 3 tablespoons to 4 cups (1L) of warm water and dissolve salts. Then add or strain to a warm bath. Avoid water getting into the jar. Soak for 15-20minutes. No need to rinse off. Pat dry and relax.

NB: Use caution when stepping in or out of the bath as this blend contains oils which may make the inside of your bathtub slippery.

Avoid any botanical components from being washed down the drain as this is not optimum for your plumbing. It's much better to strain your bath soak into a bath and avoid 'bits' in the bath and on your skin. Simply use a mesh collander or tea strainer.

Footsoak - Dissolve 1 tablespoon of soak in 1 cup (250ml) of warm water in a heatproof jug. Then add or strain into a foot tub of warm water. Soak feet for around 15mins and pat dry. The perfect opportunity to do a pedicure.

Smelling Salts - Open the jar or vial, breathe in deeply and repeat as required. For travel, keep it in your bag so it's easy to get to for relieving any kind of distress or nausea.
