'Anahata' is the Sanskrit word for the Heart Centre and is described in Vedic text as the sound of the celestial realm; calm, serene and devoid of violence and aggression.
This blend of sacred, precious and beautiful oils, help us to focus on this central place of power within us; to find a divine silence filled with beautiful potential.
Keep it close and use it often...
Rose is considered one of the highest vibrational scents and radiates an energy of beauty, love and 'enduring strength'. I've blended it with the intriguing creaminess of Copaiba, a wood oil/oleoresin, which like the resinous Frankincense, has layers of sacred Earth messages along with their considerable anti-inflammatory qualities. The combination of Rose and woods is lifted with the duo of Ylang Ylang and Rose Geranium. These two form a deeply floral ribbon that has a magnetic energy signature.
Infused with Rose Quartz Crystal to assist with strengthening the Heart Chakra, instilling loving feelings and a peaceful emotional state. The roller bottle contains a small Rose Quartz bead charged with Reiki light to maintain this loving energy infusion :)
I use ANAHATA as part of a Gua Sha routine before bed and end the facial massage with a few minutes quiet-mind time.
At anytime, anointing your Third Eye, Heart and the centre of your palms with Anahata brings great peace and tranquility. It can help you relax and get the deepest, most restorative sleep you can. I also use it like this anytime during the day to reduce overwhelming feelings or frustrations, resetting myself back to being 'me'.
Always do a Patch Test before use topically as everyone is different and will react uniquely to any product (natural or synthetic).
