clear relieve release
BURP! is a sweet and delicious citrus blend of Certified Organic Lemon, Orange and Peppermint with a hint of Fennel and other digestive oils, to improve absorption and assimilation of nutrients. It works to help those who are challenged with breaking down foods and fats for good digestion, all with a refreshing, soothing mint-aniseed undertone...and a little 'pep' from tiny amounts of Ginger, Cinnamon & Cardamom.
It's efficient for relieving trapped gas (bubbles in the belly) and increasing the ease and enjoyment of digestion for anyone. Used as an additive to smoothies, tea or hot cacao it is safe for most people to consume in the suggested amount of one drop per 250ml or 1cup of warm drink. Consuming it this way is similar to the way you would consume other essential oils used in the food and beverage industry.
If you are experienced with using aromatherapy internally, you may find you can just add a drop to a spoonful of olive or coconut oil. For everyone else, I strongly suggest researching every oil you are looking to use as a food additive, and never, ever (ever) ingest an oil without diluting it in a carrier or in food. Many essential oils can irritate the skin inside the mouth, lips and throat, causing a burn-like feeling.
- The blend in BURP! assists natural metabolism and assimilation of nutrients for optimal digestive health
- May help to alleviate internal fungal infections
- Zesty, refreshing, herbal aromatic
- Promotes good digestive health
- Alleviates digestive gas and lifts the emotions
- Diuretic, Aperitif, Anti-spasmodic, Anti-microbial, Astringent, Depurative, Tonic, Anti-viral, Anti-bacterial, Anti-fungal
It's also great in a vapouriser | burner or diffuser to unleash its radiant joyfulness!
Perfect for mornings where you need a bit of aromatic fortification to get motivated, or rainy afternoon encouragement to keep on going. This blend literally makes a space 'glow'.
NB: Citric Acid found in citrus peel oil can act as a trigger for migraine sufferers. If you are challenged with migraines you may find that the cold pressed citrus peel oils in this blend counter-effective for you, and therefore I suggest to avoid this in favour of a blend sans citrus, like Fresh Pearl or a single essential oil like Peppermint.
