This is a naturally refined Shea that is processed with citric acid, clays and charcoal to remove particulate; creating a smooth, pale butter.
I've melted my original supply over a very low heat and poured it into small moulds for easy use measuring which provides another natural refining process to remove anymore small particulates from the butter. Each button shape weighs approximately 10g.
